Who We Are
Grow With Hope is a UK community interest company with a focus on under 25’s mental health education aiming to prevent poor mental health rather than reacting once someone has hit crisis. Grow With Hope isn’t focused on mental illness, our focus is on mental health which every person has and experiences whether it is good or bad.
We are about education, just like there is education on physical health (PE) we want every young person to be educated on their mental health and know how to take care of it - hopefully preventing deterioration or mental health struggles in the future. We are a group of people who all have lived experience of poor mental health & struggles and want to use this experience to stop young people going through some of the battles we have faced. Together let's start creating a change within the current mental health system approach to focus on prevention rather than reaction.
Vision Statement
We want a world where every young person has been given the education to know how to take care of their mental health and prevent deterioration or distress in the future.
Our Mission
Provide education to under 25’s to help them understand their mental health and know how to take care of it on a day-to-day basis, as well as give them the resources & tools to use if they have any deterioration in their mental health.

Our Story
Grow With Hope began when our founder reflected on his own experience living with Bipolar and other mental health struggles. He noticed a gap within mental health services that he felt could really make a positive impact - he wanted to focus on prevention of poor mental health rather than reaction once someone has hit crisis or is really struggling with their mental health and he felt the best way to do this was through education.
Knowing he wanted to reach as many young people as possible he came up with the idea of an app which developed into Mind Mentor but his vision was bigger than this and that's when he decided to start looking at creating Grow With Hope. As he began laying the foundations to the organisation he then found the board of directors - a group of people who just like Riley had their own experience of mental health in different ways and were just as passionate as him to make a difference.
